Hey All,
Andy here with another fun and exciting update. As some of you are aware, my battle-cry for a while now has been "Content is King". As such, I've tried to provide new and original content that you could only find here with us. The downside of this philosophy is that, since nobody makes money off this, it's hard to find folk who have enough passion to stick with a project longer than two weeks.
Today i've started going through the roster and cleaning out inactive contributers, and that means we're looking for new blood! Whose blood? Your blood!
- Are you a passionate gamer with interesting opinions and a mind capable of converting your passion to written words? (Writer)
- Are you a web-designer looking to build your skill-set and portfolio by getting involved with a successful website looking for a facelift? (Webmaster)
- Are you some guy who thinks some random project that involves audio, video, or videogames would be a cool thing to do and wants some support/help doing it? (Whatever)

-- Do you know the difference between "it's" and "its"? Do you know where to put the period or comma in relation to quotation marks? (Hint: ALWAYS inside) Do you know how to captialize, which pronoun to use in which situations, and how to write a complex serial sentence like this and use proper spelling and punctuation?
-- Do you know what a comma is? Can you use it properly? Do you know what a period is? Can you use it without putting out an eye?
-- ENGLISH MOTHERFUCKER!! DO YOU SPEAK IT?!?!?!?!?

Thanks man, the staff on here are realy great about helping me aswell.
I know a couple of people who would be good for it. If you ask me, people like CyrisMustang, Robotkio, Master Mike5280, and TwistedFate would be my recommendations in terms of writers.
I can easily see you guy encouraging me to join because you say I have a good display of opinion and I can easily write long posts on the site as anyone here can atest to, but I'm a bit paranoid about my real name being shown and if I was to join I'd like to use a fake name. I might consider it if there is some sort of compromise for my conditions.
And LOL Edie...
Over here in England, home of the English language, things are used quite differently, so you will have to forgive some of the things you may regard as errors.
For example, a period over here is certainly not a full stop.
Thanks for the support, OSVG, but I don't think Andy actually wants me to write for this site.
I would love to, OSVG, but I only meet about half of Edie's requirements, which I think are actually quite important. My spelling is a little off, too. But that's for spell-check to decide.
The only problem after that is that I come to GamerAndy for my gaming news so I feel I could really only bring reviews to the table. Having no money at the moment getting new games to review would be on the difficult side.
Some of you are getting the idea here that because you think you might not meet a requirement, you shouldn't apply.
I've been known to hire people with pretty horrendous grammar :) and while I'm trying not to repeat my mistakes this time, I honestly want anyone who is interested in writing or doing whatever for the site to apply.
Twisted: I don't know what gave you that idea, if you want to give it a shot then we can definitely talk.
