And I thought Bully went into court for violence. Either this is a bug or a glitch, but whatever the case, it's just plain weird. It's one thing to have a gay room-mate. It's another to see two guys actually make out. (No flame sessions, please.) Especially two seemingly straight ones.
My room-mate alerted me to the GayGamer article that took the game to a different level. I later saw it on Joystiq and decided that this should be shared to the GA.com community.

While I could personally care less, I think this might end up being a bigger deal than everyone's making it out to be (pardon the pun). Was this footage shown to the judge? I think it's one thing to try to keep a violent game out of kids hands, but don't you think uber-christian Jack Thompson is going to flip when he finds out 13 year olds will be playing a queer-eye simulator instead of a columbine simulator?
The Jack or all trades would make a huge stink about this game with or without the gay potential. Of couse, he will utterly ignore the fact that no aspect of the game (from what I can see, anyway) actually encourages or discourages that particular choice. Besides, literature and film have long contributed to the idea that private gender-segregated academies of this type unintentionally promote homosexual tendancies. A single game adding to the myth is unlikely to cause much in the way of controversey beyond what it has already acquired.
It is also important to note that Jack has his own troubles to focus on at the moment, what iwth a potential contempt of court charge to deal with and all (likely not helped by the fact that he has threatened the judge with legal action on top of running against him in an upcoming election on his violence in media platform).
Hah, so corny. I assume you can do the same to girls so at least rockstar isn't playing favorites.
